If you are interested in hosting a student please download the following documents:
Employer Sign-Off Insurance Sheets - This is to cover Employers for Structured Workplace Learning insurance when hosting Year 11 and 12 VET students registered with Sydney BEP for Workplacement. Students attend Government, Catholic or Independent School or TAFE NSW. The insurances are from Department of Education and Training (DET Policy Number MF 100003 and TAFE BSW MF 10007), Catholic Education Office –CEO (Certificate of Currency QBE Corporate Policy Number: AT-0014866-PLB Public and Products Liability) and The Association of Independent Schools of New South Wales Ltd (AIS).
An introductory letter for new host employers
Complete the employers 2 page Insurance document (Host Employer details) - sign and fax to 9666 8065 (or scanned and emailed to Evelyn or Ingrid)

How do Sydney BEP thank our employers?
- By listing all our employers businesses on the website
- By holding an annual Thank You Function where all Sydney BEP’s employers are invited. It is a wonderful opportunity to show our appreciation to our employers who so selflessly support the students. An awards ceremony takes place.
- By printing a Program naming all businesses hosting students and distributing it to all employers and attendees at the Thank You Function and posting it to all other Sydney BEP employers.
