Gerry has worked as the Executive Officer at Sydney BEP since 2006. Gerry came to Sydney from Melbourne where he worked in the not-for-profit sector managing teacher professional associations, notably as Executive Officer and Educational Consultant with the School Library Association of Victoria for nearly ten years. Prior to this Gerry was a Secondary School Teacher for over thirteen years.

Adrian commenced his career as a Primary School Teacher in Victoria and in a remote indigenous community school in Western Australia. He then went on to work as a community development facilitator in Australia and overseas and as a Vocational Training & Education Consultant in Sydney. He has most recently worked in the Sutherland Shire where he was responsible for the development and brokering of various successful partnership initiatives with local schools, communities and businesses aimed at assisting young people to make successful transitions and to develop their full potential.

Kanina joins Sydney Business Education Partnerships as a Partnership Development Manager directly from the University of Sydney, where, as Schools and Regional Development Manager she played a pivotal role in the development of the University’s Social Inclusion Unit and the implementation and management of the Units’ school partnership program – Compass.
Having worked in the education sector for more than a decade, Kanina brings significant experience and expertise in equity and diversity policy, school and community engagement strategies and community-based capacity building to Sydney BEP.
Geoff Roberts
Geoff joins Sydney BEP as a Partnership Development Manager. He has worked in a variety of Sales, Marketing and Consultative roles across a wide range of industry sectors. He has a passion for the principles connected to building effective relationships and brings to the team a range of facilitation skills and experience in meeting organisational objectives.
